IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER

• As of January 2026, if a parent already completed a Driver Authorization form for this school year (2025 – 2026), they do not need to complete a form again this school year.

• The Driver’s Authorization form is completed each school year

• The Criminal Record Check is effective for 2 years.
