The Richmond School District is partnering with a University of British Columbia Research Institute called the Human Early Learning Partnership (HELP) to gather information about childhood experiences. The information gathered through the Childhood Experiences Questionaire (CHEQ) will help us strengthen supports and services and will give us an understanding of the many different kinds of experiences children have had prior to starting Kindergarten. Participation in this questionnaire is voluntary. Please see the attached letter for more detailed information about the CHEQ which will open in early September.
