Emails---some delays and issues--issues to be resolved soon...

Dear Parents:

Our apologies if you have experienced some delays in emails sent by the office or classroom teachers this week.  Or in some cases, attachments may not have been successfully sent.  Our teachers and our office was not aware of any issues, as we have only become aware of it today. 

 We have learned that this is a provincial issue---and doesn't affect all emails...but if you were affected we are sorry. The platform we use: MyED BC was updated last weekend. We have been told that since the MYED BC migration to Azure last weekend, there have been some issues. Fujitsu is aware of the issue and has been working to resolve it, but we currently do not have an update as to when things might be fixed.  We are hopeful that they will resolve the issue in a prompt manner. 

​Again, we are sorry if you received the email to pick up student belongings too late to pick them up.  We will be setting bags of student belongings out again next Wednesday, June 18 for the divisions that are ready for pick up--and that will go out by email AND go on the website.  Do check the website regularly. 

Thank you for your patience, and please understand that we will continue to try our best to communicate with you.  All email information sent to parents by the office will also be posted on the website.
